Meet the Team

Our team of skilled, experienced, professional and dedicated staff members are committed to delivering not just a house but a home to over 300 families a year.

Today we're introducing you to our Customer Care Manager, Sophie.

Let's find out more about her;

How long have you worked at Foreman Homes? Almost 3 years, I started as a Quality and Customer Care Coordinator in 2021 and was promoted to Customer Care Manager in December.

What's your favourite thing about your job? Leading and managing the Customer Care Team to improve the overall customer service experience and enabling them to deliver their objectives. This helps to continually improve the team's efficiency while building a positive team culture.

Describe Foreman Homes in 3 words? Motivating, progressive and inclusive.

If you could swap jobs with anyone else in the business, who would it be and why? I'd love to swap jobs with one of the Sales Advisors. They are there for the customers throughout the entire process from reservation to completion. To see the end result when we hand the keys over must be an amazing feeling as they know they've played an integral part helping people move into their forever homes.

What's the best advice you've ever received? Constantly keep learning and always keep an open mind to new ideas. Give praise, show gratitude, be the leader you want to follow and whatever you do, don't quit.

What do you think if the most important skill you bring to your role? Having strong leadership skills like communication, empathy and decision making.

What's something you can't get through the day without? Music - listening to 'feel good' songs on the way to work helps set up my mood for the day.

What's the last book you read? LABC guidelines!

If you could choose your last meal, what would it be? A roast dinner with all the trimmings.

Finally, which Foreman Homes house would be first on your list to buy? Plot 2 at Sterling Park in Warsash. I love having so much space downstairs for entertaining and still having enough bedrooms for family and friends to stay over. We've also just upped the cashback/deposit incentive to £15,000 - what's not to love!
