1. Part Exchange
Foreman Homes Part Exchange Scheme makes your purchase of a new home hassle-free. When you have found your new Foreman Home and providing that the property meets the criteria for the Part Exchange plan, Foreman Homes can purchase your existing property or another property in your chain enabling you to proceed with confidence. **

The Process:
- When you have found your Foreman Home and the Sales Manager has agreed that your home fulfils the preliminary criteria for the part exchange plan, we will arrange for a valuation of your property to be carried out by at least two Independent Estate Agents.
- When we receive the completed valuations and after ensuring your home still meets the required criteria, Foreman Homes will make you an offer for your property.
- Assuming everything is acceptable to you, Foreman Homes will take your property in part exchange for your new home, making us responsible for the selling of your property. All we ask is that you agree to viewings when the property is marketed.
- You will of course stay in your property until your new Foreman Home is complete.
