Accounts Manager

Foreman Homes is searching for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the day to day running of the Accounts Team. Reporting directly to the Finance Director the successful candidate will control all aspects of the accounting function. Ideally the candidate will have staff management experience, excellent excel skills and have a working knowlege of COINS.

Project Manager

Foreman Homes Is looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join the team for a new development commencing in January 2012. Ideal candidate will be in a similar role at present working for a medium sized house builder and able to manage and own the whole development process. Professional qualification would be preferable. CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certification is essential.

Fork Lift Driver

Foreman Homes has a number of vacancies for qualified and experienced Telehandler operatives. Working on medium sized developments on the south coast assisting the on site construction team with material; delivery, distribution and management. Ideal candidate will have current CSCS card, health and safety certification and relevant licences.
