Terms and Conditions
1. The prize draw is open to Foreman Homes Limited customers who provide a review on Trustpilot or Google between 1st January and 31st March 2024.
2. Reviews received after the closing date will not be accepted as prize draw entries.
3. Staff members and close acquaintances of Foreman Homes Limited are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
4. Entry to the prize draw is achieved by successfully providing a review for Foreman Homes Limited trading as Foreman Homes on Trustpilot or Google and providing your full name on the review so we can contact you if you are the winner.
5. Extra entries may be gained by following Foreman Homes on Facebook or Instagram – each follow will be counted as one entry.
6. Only one person may enter the prize draw per household.
7. Only one review per household will be accepted on each platform as a prize draw entry.
8. Unsolicited entries do not qualify and will not be entered into the prize draw.
9. The prize draw is only open to customers of Foreman Homes Limited.
10. Prize: Foreman Homes Limited trading as Foreman Homes, is offering one winner a filled hamper up to and including the value of £100 GBP.
11. One winner of the prize draw will be selected by 8th April 2024.
12. The winner will be randomly chosen using a computer programme.
13. The winner will be notified by email by 10th April 2024. If the winner does not claim the prize within 30 days of being notified, they will forfeit the prize and a re-draw will take place.
14. To claim the prize the winner must follow the instructions in the email notifying them that they are the winner. The winner will receive their prize no later than 30 days after they claim the prize.
15. The winner will be asked to provide a photo and comment regarding their prize. This will be published on our social media platforms including (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
16. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
17. The winner will be responsible for making Foreman Homes aware of any applicable dietary requirements necessary for their prize.
18. No responsibility will be accepted if you are prevented or restricted from participating due to a technical failure of any kind (including failure of any information technology).
19. By entering the prize draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
20. Foreman Homes reserve the right to modify or withdraw this prize draw at any time.
