Foreman Homes are delighted to announce the long awaited Granby Gardens Development, in Ludgershall has officially started.

At a ground breaking event attended by Councillor Jonathon Seed and Sarah Newman from Spectrum Housing, Spencer Drake, Sales Manager at Foreman Homes said "we are delighted to again be working in partnership with Wiltshire Council and Spectrum Housing in delivering much needed new homes to the local area"

The land mark development comprises 181 two, three and four bedroom houses, all of which have their own gardens and parking.

Sarah Newman from Spectrum Housing Group stated "We are pleased to be working in conjunction with Foreman Homes and Wiltshire Council to build 90 affordable homes for local people. The scheme will provide two & three bedroom houses for rent and shared ownership and the first 12 homes are due for completion in the summer of 2016. These homes will be available to local people who apply to Wiltshire Council through their Homes 4 Wiltshire choice based lettings service. It is anticipated that all 90 homes will be completed by Christmas 2017".

Jonathon Seed, cabinet member for housing at Wiltshire Council, said: "There are many residents in Wiltshire who aspire to own their own houses, but do not qualify for social housing and feel that they can't afford to buy a house on the open market. Schemes like this are very important for them, and we are committed to working with our partners to provide as many new affordable homes as we can.

"A local thriving property market brings with it many opportunities for our residents and can only be a good thing for Wiltshire, so the more people we can help get on the property ladder, the better."

Buying a home on the Granby Gardens development, means you have all the amenities of modern living close at hand. This superb location has easy access to both London and the South Coast, with Andover Town Centre being just 20 minutes by car.
