4 Ball at Goodwood Golf (including buggies)

18 Holes on The Park Course with Buggies
(Monday to Friday after 10:30am)
You are entitled to book your tee time up to four weeks in advance.

2 x hospitality tickets for England vs Argentina at Twickenham on 23^rd November

From 1.30pm – Rendezvous at our Rugby Hospitality Venue
All Hallows Halls, Erncroft Way, Twickenham, TW1 1EW
Just a 5 minute walk from Twickenham Stadium and en route from Twickenham Rail Station

Buffet Lunch served with open bar – selection of hot Canapes, Beer, Wine & soft drinks; hot pulled Pork rolls, bbq sauce, new potatoes and Cheeseboard
3:45pm – Make your way to your seats in Twickenham Stadium

4 Ball at The Belfry 

A round of golf for 4 persons on either the PGA National or The Derby course.
There is a handicap restriction of 24 or better for gentlemen and 32 for ladies and juniors to play on the PGA course. All booking must be made at least 16 days in advance to guarantee a tee off time. Expires 31st March 2026.

Family Photography Shoot

Shoot location to be confirmed with PHP Photography at time of booking – limited to Hampshire only and shoot duration is set to approximately 90 minutes.
All digital photos (approximately 20/40 shots) – professionally edited – will be delivered to the bid winner following the shoot. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Organiser

The Silent Auction is organised by Foreman Homes Ltd in support of Sands (Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Charity), our Charity of the Year. All proceeds from the auction will be donated directly to Sands (Registered Charity No. 299679).

2. Participation

• Participation in the auction is open to employees, suppliers, and invited guests of Foreman Homes Ltd.

• By submitting a bid, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Bidding Process

• Bids can be submitted by email to marketing@foremanhomes.co.uk.

• Each bid must clearly state:

  • The item name

  • The bid amount in pounds sterling (£)

  • Your contact details

• Bidding will close at 11:59pm on Friday 31st October. Any bids received after this time will not be accepted.

• The highest valid bid received by the closing time will be deemed the winning bid.

• Winners will be notified by email within 3 working days of the auction closing.

4. Payment

• All payments must be made within 5 working days of notification of a winning bid.

• Payment details will be provided upon confirmation of your winning bid.

• Failure to make payment within the specified timeframe may result in the item being offered to the next highest bidder.

5. Prizes and Collection

• Prizes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash.

• Some prizes may have specific terms of use or expiry dates set by the donor; these will be outlined in the prize description where applicable.

6. Liability

• Foreman Homes Ltd accepts no liability for any personal loss, damage, or injury sustained as a result of participating in the auction or redeeming a prize.

7. Data Protection

• Any personal information provided will be used solely for the administration of the auction and will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary to fulfil delivery or prize arrangements.

• All personal data will be handled in accordance with UK Data Protection laws and Foreman Homes Ltd’s Privacy Policy.

8. Fair Play

• All bids must be genuine and made in good faith.

• Foreman Homes Ltd reserves the right to refuse or remove bids that are incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent.

• The decision of Foreman Homes Ltd regarding any aspect of the auction is final and binding.

9. Amendments and Cancellation

• Foreman Homes Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the auction at any time, if circumstances make this necessary.

All proceeds from the auction will be donated to Sands (Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Charity). Bids are binding, and winners are responsible for prompt payment and prize collection. Foreman Homes Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw items if necessary.
