The scheme is centred around a new area of public open space, that will be readily accessible by all of the future occupants, and which – by virtue of its sustainable locale – will allow for easy access to transportation hubs, shops, employment, and a whole myriad of other facilities, and it's one that our in-house team of planners are immensely proud of, as it's taken the best part of 3 years to take it from the first inkling of a sketch scheme right through to something that can now be built, and, in doing so, we have sought to introduce contemporary detailing, good materials, and true place-making thinking, to ensure that this new community can seamlessly blend with its surroundings.
