Foreman Homes are absolutely delighted with the efforts of our build teams, and to have two site managers nominated for the LABC Bricks award is tremendous.

Conrad Johnson came in with a Commendation for his fabulous site Maddoxford Park, congratulations Conrad, only to be pipped at the post for the Site Manager Award for South Central by Mark Swanborough for his Empress Meadows development in Ludgershall.

Both site teams should be very proud of themselves.

Mark commented, "from a management prospective, the past 18 months have been some of the hardest. Like the rest of the industry we have been dealing with Covid 19, sub-contractor resource levels and supplier issues, so to receive an award means a lot.

Being awarded the Bricks award gives our purchasers the knowledge that their house has been constructed to a high standard. For our site team it also makes all their hard work over the past 18 months worthwhile, with recognition of the high standards of commitment and attention to detail. It also recognises their willingness to go the extra mile to deliver our homes to a very high standard."
