LABC Warranty is one of the UK’s leading providers of structural warranties. Working in partnership with Local Authority Building Control (LABC), its nationwide team of more than 3,700 surveyors supports house builders, contractors and housing associations. Sites are assessed by LABC Warranty risk management surveyors throughout construction, with scores awarded across key areas including cooperation with inspectors, health and safety, site tidiness, site management and quality of workmanship.
Developments that consistently achieve high scores across these criteria are nominated for a Site Recognition Award — making this recognition a significant achievement.
