Over the past year, we’ve expanded our portfolio with several landmark developments across the South Coast, delivered sustainable homes with forward-thinking design, and strengthened our relationships with local communities and suppliers. We’ve also invested in innovation – streamlining our processes and embracing new technologies to deliver better, more energy-efficient homes.

This award honours a housebuilder that has demonstrated excellence in delivering high-quality homes, showcasing innovation, sustainability, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Progressive Property Business of the Year
This category recognises a property business that has shown significant growth and innovation, adapting to market changes and setting new standards in the industry.
South Coast Property Business of the Year
This prestigious award is presented to the company that has had the most significant impact on the South Coast region during the qualifying period, reflecting outstanding performance and contribution to the property sector.
Being nominated alongside other outstanding businesses in the region is an honour in itself, and we’re incredibly proud to be flying the flag once again for excellence in the property sector.
The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 12th June 2025, and we look forward to celebrating the achievements of everyone helping to shape the future of property and development on the South Coast.
