Foreman Homes is delighted to announce the acquisition of a site on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Titchfield. We are set to deliver 57 high-quality new homes in this hugely sought after area of Hampshire with proposals to start on site at the end of summer this year.
This is a scheme of which we are all immensely proud which features bespoke designed dwellings influenced by the village itself. We have endeavoured, through close consultation and liaison with local residents, the borough council and our entire design team, to produce a scheme that will respect the sensitive edge-of-countryside location.
In additional to the new dwellings, we will be providing a large part of land for bird conservation as well as providing important new habitats for all manner of wildlife; including reptiles, slow-worms, hedgehogs and roosting opportunities for foraging bats.
We will also be funding the creation of enhanced walkways along the nearby tow-path, and planting a significant tree-belt along the site’s entire southern edge, all of which will help the scheme to better integrate into the local landscape, whilst also maximising its potential for green infrastructure, and enhanced bio-diversity.
