We’re incredibly proud to announce a remarkable achievement – being named Residential Developer of the Year and receiving the prestigious Overall Winner title at the National Building & Construction Awards 2025.
The event, held near Tower Bridge in London, brought together leading names from across the UK construction industry to celebrate excellence in building and development. It was an honour for members of our team to represent us at such a distinguished occasion and to share this special moment together.
Winning Residential Developer of the Year is a reflection of our continued dedication to delivering high-quality homes and sustainable communities across the South Coast. This award celebrates the growth, innovation and craftsmanship that define our developments, as well as the care and attention our teams put into every detail of what we do.
The evening was made even more memorable when we were announced as the Overall Winner of the Night – the top accolade chosen by the judges from all category winners. This incredible recognition highlights our ongoing contribution to the UK construction industry and the positive impact of our work within the communities we build.
“We are absolutely delighted to be recognised on a national stage,” said Nick Hardcastle, Managing Director. “Winning Residential Developer of the Year was a huge honour in itself, but to also be named Overall Winner is an incredible moment for our entire team. It’s a reflection of the hard work, passion and dedication that everyone brings to what we do every day.”
This achievement is the result of collaboration across every part of our business – from construction and design to customer care and planning. It represents the shared commitment, expertise and values that drive us forward.
The double win also follows a number of recent successes, including being named Housebuilder of the Year at the South Coast Property Awards earlier this year. We’re equally proud of our talented team members, Daisy Read (Assistant Site Manager) and Julie Halbac (Health & Safety Officer), who were both finalists in the Women in Construction category, as well as our Oakley Vale development, which was a finalist for Project of the Year (£10 million to £25 million).
As we celebrate this achievement, we remain focused on the future. Exciting new developments, Shore View in Portchester and The Rookery in Whiteley are set to launch later this year, each designed to deliver exceptional homes in well-connected and desirable locations.
We’d like to thank our dedicated team, our partners and our customers for being part of this journey. These awards belong to everyone who has contributed to our success.
