What attracted you to work at Foreman Homes?
The company were and continue to be growing at a rapid pace and I thought it would be an opportunity not to be missed if I could also help play a part in its growth!
What’s your favourite thing about your job?
I love going on site visits. I feel it’s always worthwhile to actually go and see the site we intend to build on as there is only so much you get by simply looking at pictures. But this is weather dependant!

If you could swap jobs with anyone else in the business, who would it be and why?
Even though I would be hopeless I like the idea of being on the marketing side of things especially running the social media accounts for the company I think that could be quite fun following the latest trends and getting our brand out there.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
Whilst I did not receive this advice directly, a former Regional Manager of a paper company in Pennsylvania once said ‘you miss 100% of the shots you don’t take’ and it couldn’t be truer…
What do you think is the most important skill you bring to your role?
Probably my attention to detail especially when proving planning assessments for the rest of the team. I have to ensure they have as much information as possible as often it’s the reasons as to whether we pursue a site or not.
What’s something you can’t get through the day without?
Football! Weather that be watching it, talking about it or reading about it I could not live without it. Also this is the year Arsenal will win the Premier Leaue at long last.
What’s your go to karaoke song?
Whilst a specific song doesn’t come to mind (and I would also have to be quite drunk to even consider karaoke) it would have to be anything by ABBA really, you just can’t go wrong with that.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would you choose?
That’s tough, but I would have to say Spaghetti Bolognese – with garlic bread!
Finally, which Foreman Homes house would be first on your list to buy?
I really like the Nightingales up in Andover, they are so different to anything we have previously built and I love the design.
