A busy January with VIVID

February 13, 2025

We’re delighted to have recently handed over several key residential projects to VIVID, a leading provider of affordable homes and extensive support services in the South of England.

The handover included developments at Berry Way in Park Gate, Millers Walk in Eastleigh, and Bury Farm in Whiteley Meadows, bringing a total of 235 new homes to the region. These properties, which range from one-bedroom flats to spacious five-bedroom family homes, cater to a variety of housing needs.

The new homes offer a combination of social rent and shared ownership options, addressing the growing demand for affordable housing in the county.

Tristan Samuels, the New Business and Development Director at VIVID, voiced their ongoing commitment to helping as many people as possible secure a place to call home. “We’re committed to providing as many people as possible with the opportunity to have a place to call home. Strong partnerships, such as ours with Foreman Homes, are crucial in achieving this goal.” Samuels said. “We’re delighted to have completed the handover of these developments and look forward to welcoming our new customers into their homes.”

Our Construction Director, Karl Handscombe, said: “Our work with VIVID is something we’re very proud of. We recognise the part that new housing plays in making sure that everyone has access to safe, affordable and high-quality living spaces and we’re proud to support this with each development we partner on.”

These handovers mark another step forward in our shared vision of providing greater access to affordable housing across Hampshire, ensuring more people have high-quality homes that they can make their own.
