Thank you for visiting our web-site, and for taking an interest in our future proposals: as a reputable local builder we are keen to engage with those living in close proximity to our possible future sites, and are therefore keen to recieve your thoughts and comments, as they could well influence the form of the planning application that we are hoping to make shortly.
I have attached an early sketch scheme, and a written summary of what is being proposed, but perhaps ought to stress that this is just an early first-effort, and any positive suggestions that you should chose to make, could enhance the scheme that is eventually submitted to the council for determination.

Proposal
We, at Foreman Homes, are considering making a planning application for the residential redevelopment of this land parcel, but, before deciding how best to go about doing so, would like to seek your views as to its overall form and composition.
As such, we would like to invite you to view our initial plans, and to then express your views, both good and bad, following on from which we will then consider their content, and hopefully be able to ‘inform’ our design solution accordingly.
In this instance, we are looking to build 14 traditional houses, which will be served by their own access drive, with ample parking, and each of which will also have its own rear garden.
No existing homes will be demolished, and, by virtue of the site’s slope, our houses will appear as a maximum of one-and-a-half storeys from their frontage.
Considerable care and attention has already been taken to reduce the possibility of overlooking and overshadowing, and all of the properties are shown to be a considerable distance away from other nearby residents.
As such, should you wish to comment, we shall endeavour to consider all comments made; however, please be aware that any comments received after 3 weeks of our initial advertisement will not be considered.
