Move In Procedure

Moving in to your new home can be very tense and exciting. Our aim is to remove any tension there may be by making the handover as smooth and simple as possible.

Prior to Completion

Prior to completion, you will be invited to a Home Demonstration with the Site Manager and your Salesperson.

The Day of Completion

On the day of completion, once we have received notification from our solicitor that all monies have been transferred, a representative from Foreman Homes will call you to arrange a convenient time to carry out the official handover of the property.

To avoid confusion and delay and to comply with our safety policy, we respectfully request that you do not arrive on site prior to this time.

Meter Readings

The Site Manager and Salesperson will carry out utility meter readings with you and each party will sign the readings forms. We will then forward a copy of this form to the utility companies and a copy will be sent to you.

Keys

You will be asked to ensure that all appropriate keys to the property work.

Cutomer Viewings

We are happy to arrange for you to view your property throughout the construction phase. All viewings however are strictly by appointment with the Sales Department 0845 450 7716.
