Our design schemes enable you to personalise your new home to reflect your individual style. Upon reservation of your new home our sales team will contact you to discuss the options available and arrange a visit to our Marketing Suite to view our extensive range of interior design options. You can choose between our two schemes to tailor the look and feel of your home.
OPTIONS SCHEME
OPTIONS lets you choose various styles and designs of interior decor early on in the construction of your new home completely without charge.
Kitchen
In the kitchen, almost every aspect of the furnishings can be tailored to your taste. You can choose the range of units that suit your lifestyle, from the clean bright lines of contemporary white units to the softer tones of farmhouse pine there's something for everyone. In addition, you can choose from a wide range of worktops and handles to further personalise your space, and last but not least, your choice of flooring and tiling adds a finishing touch to a truly bespoke living space.
Lounge
Make a statement with a choice of different carpeting options in your living area. With vibrant and bold colour choices at hand or the relaxing neutrals that take their inspiration from nature, each option can be integrated into the whole look and feel of your new home.
Bathroom
The smallest rooms in your new home can be the areas where you can most easily make a big style statement. Your choice of tile textures, sizes and colour can create a tranquil and relaxing en suite or a modern and stylish family space to make bathtime fun. Our wide range of tile styles complement the contemporary white bathroom suites and can add flair and personality throughout your home.
CHOICES SCHEME
If you want to take your style choices further and bring more unique touches into each room of your new home, then our CHOICES scheme brings you extras and upgrades at excellent value for money.
Kitchen
CHOICES offers upgrade options for you to bring a higher specification into your kitchen. We can offer a wider variety of flooring from some of the world's best known and most respected manufacturers like Quickstep and Karndean to add quality and individuality. Arrange a visit to our marketing suite to view the different flooring upgrades available.
We all use our kitchens in different ways, some for entertainment others for pure functionality. Our kitchen appliance upgrades enable you to have your needs met in the most suitable way.
Lounge
For greater luxury underfoot, upgrade to a Wilton Royal carpet. Wilton near Salisbury was the first carpet factory in the country and is still home to some of the world's finest quality carpets in production today. Choose from a wide range of colour options and bring heritage and luxury into your new home.
For something different, add warmth and style to your lounge with a contemporary fireplace and surround to create a focal point in your living space.
For plasma and LCD screen owners, we offer a fitting service that hides away ugly wires and leaves nothing but the screen on show.

Other options are available to customise your home throughout, from our 'Chrome Package' which allows you to upgrade your switches and sockets to a chrome finsish, to adding extra electrical sockets around your home. If you like what you see in one of our showhomes - furniture, fittings or colour schemes -and want that style replicated in your property, we can do it!
